No Student Day. I will be in classroom should you need to meet.

Students have no school on this day. It is a teacher Workshop Day. I will be in building and available if you have any questions.

Parents are encouraged to visit the classroom and see what tools are being used and what the yearlong plan is for their student.

First Day of Classes 2024-25 school year

Student and families have a chance to stop by school, socialize, and see classroom. They can also bring school supplies. Mr. Jensen will not be present for this event.

We start the day with the Art Docent, take a recess, come back in and finish any unfinished items, catch a small movie, and then break out the Floatapalooza Supreme Extreme Extravaganza! Ice cold treats of their making and then fun drawings for interesting gifts.

School Field Day, we are in the morning from 9:30 to 11:10. Make sure to dress for getting wet if you plan on doing the water events and bring extra shoes/socks, etc. as the rest of the day can be tough if sitting in wet clothes. 😎

All of third grade had a goal of 20,000,000 million words read. As a grade level we blew by this; our class alone had over 23,000,000 words the teachers are planning a Pizza, games, etc. from 11:30 to 1:00 on campus using the grass field and the classrooms.
